Postal Automation & Mechanization - Germany

AEG-Telefunken displayed an AL880 OCR machine. Cards and covers, with various addresses, were fed through to demonstrate its capabilities. After the exhibition the machine was dismantled and re-erected at the new ABFVA at Oberhausen.
